Backed by more than 25+ years of diverse executive-level experience within North America and Internationally, Deborah's bold, courageous and straightforward approach, consistently enhances the full potential of businesses by honing in on the bigger picture, identifying potential stumbling blocks and creating and implementing pragmatic solutions.  This matter of fact approach to business redevelopment and her ability to "connect the dots" has earned her a reputation as a trusted and key business advisor in the forefront of human capital strategy, change management and strategic organizational development.

Deborah is an avid traveller, cyclist and spends a lot of time with her family.

KATE NOVA

Helping people and organizations become more effective and more successful is Kate’s true passion. Understanding and shaping organizational systems and people is how she does it. Kate spent many years in Strategic Human Resources roles where she worked on leadership development programs, fine-tuned organizational models, helped integrate cultures in mergers and acquisitions, and built award winning employee cultures.

Kate’s perspective is very pragmatic, her real-life experiences allow her to unveil psychological and behavioral features of a potential or current employee and predict what this person’s performance may look like specifically within the organizational context. When she works on understanding how people function, she is in her optimum performance state, and her passion translates into high quality outcomes for both the organizations she works with, and the individuals! 

Kate holds an MBA from UBC in Strategy and Organizational Development. She is a certified TAIS and Hogan practitioner.

NANCY MASSEY

Nancy's passion is identifying talent to solve business problems. She searches for the needle in the haystack, she knows who to look for, where to look and how. 

Through her previous industry experience, coupled with her executive search knowledge, Nancy has developed a thorough understanding of a multitude of industries and very effective search techniques. She has completed hundreds of searches across most industry sectors, to mention a few: real estate, construction, media, telecommunications, packaged goods, high tech, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, legal, retail, consulting, and financial services, energy and not for profit.  
Nancy has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.

In her spare time, she is an avid sailor and racquet sport enthusiast.
